We accept returns of physical items within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in its original condition.

You must contact us at trouchonscollection@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly with a replacement or refund.
